How do I create an account?
You can register yourself in under a minute. Here’s the sign up form.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the amount of medications you are sending. There are no monthly subscription fees. Please see the pricing and procedure page for details.
How do I change my shipping settings, payment method, or company details?
After logging in, select account profile from the menu at the top-right corner of the page, or just click here.
How do I change my email address, username, or password?
After logging in, select user settings from the menu at the top-right corner of the page, or just click here.
I never received the email with the confirmation link to activate my account. Can you resend it?
Yes, but first please check your Junk/Spam folder, sometimes it will arrive there. To resend the verification email, just log in and look for a blue message box at the top of the screen with two links to resend confirmation email or change your email address. If it’s not working just contact us and we will help you.
Do you accept hazardous waste as defined by the RCRA or CA DTSC?
No. If your return shipment contains any listed hazardous waste substances your facility will be in violation of federal and state law and appropriate action will be taken.
Do I need a DEA license to place an order for drug transfer?
You need a DEA license only if you will be submitting controlled substances. Noncontrolled drug submissions do not require a DEA license. To place orders containing controlled substances, you must first enter your active DEA license number and expiration date on the account profile form. Licenses are checked and verified with the address of the registrant. The DEA number must be in CCNNNNNNN format (2 characters, and 7 numbers).

Can I save an order for later?
While composing a new order, items you add will be saved in your web browser’s local storage. You may log out or close your computer, and if you return at a later time (up to 30 days later), you will be able to resume placing the order.
What if I don’t know the NDC number of a drug?
If the NDC number is not printed on the package of your drug, please ask the vendor where you originally purchased it. See this article for more information.
What do I do if I can’t find a drug in your database?
When adding a controlled substance to an order, if there are no search results for a drug, please call us and we will add it to the database. We have an extensive list of substances linked to the FDA’s database and can always add if it it does not appear there. We also have a list of DEA Generic Codes we can use for medications without an NDC number
Do I need to enter any substance details when transferring noncontrolled substances?
We require all a list of the drug information when adding noncontrolled substances to an order. There is a notes field where you can enter in the information when you place the order.
How do I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Please contact us to make changes or cancel an order that you’ve already placed.
What kind of box and packaging is required for shipping?
Please place your medications in a strong sturdy box and pack it well. All open liquids need to have the lids on tight and placed in a ziplock bag, and kept right side up if possible. Please do not put any indication on the box of what the contents are.
Can I send controlled and noncontrolled substances together in the same box?
Yes, you can. Please separate them by placing the controlled substances in their own bag. We will need to count and verify them for accuracy.
Can I ship controlled drugs before receiving DEA form 222 from you?
No, you must wait for us to send you DEA form 222. This will be included in your return kit, which you will receive 3–5 days after you place your order. Please see instructions.
Can I manage and pay for my own shipping?
Yes, you can. Please select the option on the account profile form, “I will provide my own return shipping”. Then, shipping fees will no longer be added to your orders, although we will still send you a return kit containing processing instructions.
Do you have any promotions?

The website will not work correctly, how do I get support?
Contact us and we will work with you to solve the issue. We usually respond within a few hours if you can not reach us immediately.
